BACCARAT RULES
When it comes to baccarat, there are three variants to play, namely: punto banco, baccarat chemin de fer and baccarat banque. As you can imagine, each of these go hand in hand with their own set of rules, though the objective of the game remains the same: to beat the banker’s hand. The first baccarat variation we mentioned – punto banco – is highly influenced by the cards dealt, which determine the choices you can make.
On the other hand, the latter two – baccarat chemin de fer and baccarat banque – give more freedom to both the player and the banker. The rules are quite involved, for both players and bankers, so its imperative to familiarise yourself with these before placing bets.
